We are seeking talent who **resides exclusively in Mexico City** to join our **Claims Adjuster Training Program**. **Position Purpose:** Actively participate in the training program designed to develop the role of Claims Adjuster through theoretical and practical courses focused on Quálitas’ productivity and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Attend assigned training courses punctually and actively participate in them. * Learn and correctly apply the claims assessment guidelines and other operational tools. * Successfully complete the training program according to the guidelines established by the Sub-Directorate of Talent Acquisition and Development. * Participate in field practices by attending claims incidents as an observer to acquire functional skills. * Drive and maneuver the assigned vehicle responsibly and in compliance with current regulations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Forensic Science, or Economics/Administration-related fields. * Proficiency in driving manual-transmission vehicles. * Valid driver’s license. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Clean credit report. * **Residence exclusively in Mexico City (CDMX).** **We Offer:** * Base salary: $8,364 MXN + bonuses (estimated monthly income between $25,000 and $30,000 MXN). * Statutory and above-statutory benefits: Social Security (IMSS), 30-day year-end bonus, life insurance, profit-sharing (PTU), diverse partnership agreements, scholarships, and internal university programs. * 100% payroll-based compensation. * Direct hiring by Quálitas. * Psychological support for employees. * Career development and professional growth plan. * Rotating schedules from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday off. * Work location: Mexico City.
