**Job Description:** At ALTEN Mexico, we are seeking a Design Engineer specialized in Siemens NX to join our team in Monterrey. The selected candidate will be responsible for the design and development of mechanical components and complex systems in innovative projects. We are looking for an engineering enthusiast who collaborates effectively with other engineers and pays close attention to detail to ensure high-quality products. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform 3D modeling and design of parts and assemblies using Siemens NX. * Create and maintain required technical documentation, including drawings and bills of materials (BOM). * Participate in design reviews and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. * Conduct engineering analyses to validate designs and make necessary adjustments. * Implement improvements and optimizations to existing designs. * Ensure all designs comply with applicable national and international standards. **Requirements:** **Requisitos:** * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. * Minimum 4 years of mechanical design experience. * Proficiency in Siemens NX and hands-on experience in 3D modeling. * Knowledge of engineering analysis (FEM, CFD) is an advantage. * Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage projects effectively. * Advanced technical English; written and oral communication skills with clients and international teams. **Benefits:** We offer * Base salary * Major Medical Expense Insurance (including dental and vision plans) * 15 days’ year-end bonus * 25% vacation premium * 12 vacation days (starting from the first year) * Social Security Insurance * Profit Sharing (PTU) * Biweekly food vouchers
