YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Air Shipments Send the paperwork to the broker to notify the arrival. Generate the invoices in Aranxel and send to the broker. Follow up with the broker for the clearance of shipments. Maintain all the documents required by law in the file. Close pedimentos in the system (Aranxel). V5 Operations Fill the information of the shipments in google drive. Generate the invoices in Aranxel and send to the broker. Follow up with the broker for the clearance of shipments. Send DODA to shipping yard. Maintain all the documents required by law in the file.
