(Candidates completing studies or graduates) * Minimum 1 year of experience providing technical support to users * Administrative experience * Experience with the ITIL methodology * Experience using Help Desk software and generating reports * Experience continuously tracking administrative activities, reporting, and billing * Experience handling user inquiries.
