We are looking for an **Ecommerce Operations Manager** with required experience, responsible for the overall management of the warehouse. The responsibilities of the Ecommerce Manager include organizing and supervising the storage and distribution of products. Key job responsibilities include: · Provide general guidelines regarding expected profitability within the organization, and present them to management for approval and review. · Propose the plan and budget for the Operations area of the distribution centers under their responsibility, as well as execute, supervise, control, and approve it. · Plan operational resources and materials agreed upon by the Operations Department and ensure compliance with productivity KPIs. · Manage and maintain existing clients, ensuring compliance with contractually agreed service level agreements (SLAs). · Control compliance with procedures and policies that ensure proper operation management. · Organize support activities from HR, infrastructure, security, IT, and other areas operating within the warehouse under their responsibility. · Plan and execute the implementation of new operations, ensuring timeliness, cost, and service quality. · Develop and manage human resources under their supervision within the framework of policies approved by senior management and supported by the HR department. · Identify and report hazards and risks within their area or job position. · Comply with and enforce occupational health and safety measures, environmental aspects and impacts, significant hazards and risks affecting personnel exposed through their operations. · Ensure control over confidential documentation (processes, procedures, etc.) used in performing their duties. · The above responsibilities and activities are listed but not limited to those inherent to the position and/or the nature of the role performed. **Skills** o Organization and planning o Follow-up and control o Communication skills o Leadership and teamwork o Problem analysis **Work Tools** The company will provide all necessary tools to achieve the objectives of the position (laptop, mobile phone, email, required software). **Compensation** · Fixed salary of $30,000 to $32,000 **net.** · Christmas bonus: 15 days based on fixed salary. · Monthly meal vouchers of $450.00 · Statutory benefits Work location: Parque Xolache Texcoco Job type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 \- $32,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (desirable) Workplace: On-site
