Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate leader with expertise in mechanics to supervise, coordinate, and ensure efficient maintenance operations in a workshop, while training staff. Key Highlights: 1. Daily supervision and coordination of mechanical workshop 2. Equipment management and workload planning 3. This opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the mechanical workshop. * Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is performed properly and on time. * Plan and organize the workload for the team of mechanics. * Monitor inventory of spare parts, tools, and materials to prevent delays. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards in the workshop. * Train staff on new techniques, tools, and best practices. * Monitor tool and spare parts inventory. * NOT JUST PERFORMING ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS **Requirements:** * ***Proven experience in automotive or industrial mechanics. MANDATORY*** * Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. * Leadership and team management skills. * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks under pressure. * Commitment to quality, safety, and service. **Personal Characteristics and Skills:** Service-oriented attitude, Problem-solving ability, Proactive approach, Integrity, Teamwork, Ability to work under pressure, Leadership, teamwork, and decision-making capability. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: * Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) * Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
