Position Summary: Supervise and coordinate maintenance, repair, and external services to ensure quality, safety, customer service, and field logistics management. Key Highlights: 1. Logistics management and tool control for operations **Position Objective** Supervise and coordinate maintenance, repair, and external services performed at customer facilities or in the field, ensuring quality, order, safety, and compliance with service requirements. Provide direct customer service, manage plant access permissions and entry/exit control, control required consumables and tools for services, and ensure the assigned vehicle operates properly for transportation and maneuvering. **Main Responsibilities** ***Supervision and Execution of External Services*** * Supervise maintenance, repair, and extraordinary service work at * the customer's plant. * Coordinate welding technicians or hydraulic-mechanical technicians during assigned services. * Verify that work complies with technical specifications and safety standards. * Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials. ***Customer Service*** * Notify customers of progress, estimated timelines, and additional requirements. * Manage and communicate any service changes or additional needs. * Represent the company professionally during field services. * Administrative and Logistics Management * Manage access permits and entry/exit control at industrial plants. * Record completed work, time spent, materials used, and deviations. * Maintain control of documents related to external services. ***Vehicle Handling and Maintenance*** * Operate the assigned vehicle for personnel, tool, and material transportation. * Inspect the vehicle’s physical and mechanical condition daily. * Report malfunctions or maintenance needs. ***Tool and Consumables Control*** * Prepare and inspect tools, equipment, and materials before each dispatch. * Request necessary consumables for each service. * Maintain a basic inventory of assigned tools. ***Safety*** * Comply with the customer’s and Soldimex’s industrial safety standards. * Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Report incidents, hazards, and unsafe conditions. ***Knowledge Requirements*** * Basic steel welding and cutting processes (desirable). * Basic electromechanical systems. * Basic mechanics and hydraulics. * Safe use and handling of industrial tools. * Safety rules for industrial plants. * Standard vehicle operation. **Academic Qualifications** Electromechanical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. (Technical profiles with extensive field experience are also considered.)
