




**Main Responsibilities** * Receive and assist clients visiting the agency with a friendly and professional attitude. * Direct clients to the appropriate advisor or department (sales, service, parts, administration, etc.). * Answer and transfer phone calls promptly (within three rings maximum). * Record visits and keep the agency's entry log up to date. * Assist in scheduling appointments for test drives, service, or sales assistance. * Keep the reception area, waiting room, and customer service area organized. * Provide basic information about operating hours, promotions, and agency services. * Support light administrative tasks (filing, correspondence, office supplies). * Ensure effective communication between departments to enhance customer experience. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree in Administration, Communications, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in customer service, reception, or administrative roles. * **Knowledge:** * Operation of telephone switchboard systems. * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Customer service and after-sales support. * **Desirable:** Basic knowledge of the automotive industry. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent personal appearance. * Clear, polite, and assertive communication. * Customer orientation. * Empathy and courteous demeanor. * Ability to work under pressure. * Organizational and administrative control. * Service-minded and proactive attitude.
