




RESPONSIBILITIES: * Change management control * Control of master document list * Follow-up on corrective actions * Follow-up on internal and external audit plans * Report presentations * Accountability reporting to management * Follow-up on strategic development plan * Follow-up on change requests when necessary * First, second, and third-party audits * Generate non-conformance reports * Create risk and opportunity matrix * Present progress level of QMS implementation to management and staff * Develop and implement procedures and flowcharts across all company areas * Develop and implement work instruction sheets in each company area * Review, develop, and control the master document list * Follow-up on risk and opportunity matrices * Control document publication * Prepare minutes from monthly follow-up meetings * Create audit plans * Conduct impartial and periodic process audits * Verify that procedures and processes are properly executed * Generate SAC and SAM as required * Comply with and enforce customer-required quality standards * Administer customer satisfaction surveys * Develop action plans to improve satisfaction for internal and external customers, as well as all stakeholders * Comply with company safety and hygiene regulations * Assist other plant departments in achieving their goals whenever required SCHEDULE Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00 hrs Saturday 8:30 to 13:30 hrs Position type: Full time Salary: $10,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work location: On-site
