Textile Company Seeks Position Objective Plan, control, and record the financial and accounting operations of the textile factory, ensuring efficient use of resources, business profitability, and compliance with tax, accounting, and labor obligations. Financial Functions Prepare and monitor the factory's overall budget. Manage cash flow and cash availability. Analyze production costs (raw materials, labor, and indirect costs). Determine cost per meter of woven fabric. Support pricing and profit margin determination. Evaluate investments in machinery, maintenance, and productivity improvements. Prepare financial reports for management. Accounting Functions Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement). Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records. Reconcile bank accounts. Control raw material and finished goods inventories. Tax and Labor Functions Calculate and file taxes according to current regulations. Monitor payroll, overtime payments, and employee benefits. Comply with obligations toward tax authorities and social security institutions. Administrative Functions Negotiate payment terms with suppliers. Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales departments. Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions. Position Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; degree certification is mandatory. Experience: 6–10 years in accounting and financial administration, preferably in textile or manufacturing companies. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
