A technology company is looking to add a Junior Technical Support role to its team to provide support to internal users and customers. No previous experience is required, but internships, courses, or personal projects will be valued. Profile: Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Must live within a maximum of 30 minutes from the CENTER OF TLAXCALA. Main responsibilities: * Provide first and second level technical support to internal users, resolving incidents related to hardware, software, and networks. * Install, configure, and maintain equipment and operating systems. * Experience in corrective and preventive maintenance of computer equipment, printers, etc. * Work schedule: Full-time Monday to Friday, Saturday shifts on rotation (half-day).
