Job stability Position: Technical Service Coordinator Location: Chiautla, State of Mexico Mode: On-site | Full-time Position Objective: We seek a professional who will lead and structure the Technical Service area as a strategic after-sales unit, ensuring operational continuity of installed equipment, development of profitable services, and high-quality technical support that strengthens customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities: Design and implement the technical service model as a profitable business unit. Develop extended warranty policy processes (offering, operation, and follow-up). Implement preventive and corrective maintenance models. Coordinate equipment installations, inspections, and commissioning. Supervise technical service execution, ensuring response times and quality. Guarantee technical standards and customer satisfaction. Monitor service indicators and drive continuous improvement. Requirements: Education: Completed or incomplete degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Mandatory Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in technical service, maintenance, or after-sales areas. Proven experience coordinating technical teams or leading service operations. Experience implementing processes (preventive/corrective maintenance and/or service policies). Technical knowledge in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and/or electrical failures. Additional Requirements: Organizational, leadership, and follow-up skills. Customer service orientation and commitment to continuous improvement.
