**Visitor Services Host \- Host** An entertainment park located at **Explanada Pachuca** is seeking personnel for visitor services and operational support within its facilities. **Job Objective** To provide courteous and safe service to visitors, support the park’s daily operations, and contribute to a positive experience for users. **Responsibilities** * Greet and orient visitors upon entering the park. * Provide direct customer service during their visit. * Assist with maintaining order and cleanliness across various areas. * Conduct basic safety supervision of rides and common spaces. * Manage access control, ticketing, and crowd flow. * Follow up on user requests or needs. **Areas and Attractions** * Go-karts * Zip line * Water slides * Climbing wall * Inflatable structures * Recreational caves * Arcades * Children's area * Recreational train **Requirements** * Candidates with or without prior experience. * Availability to cover operational hours. * Preferably residing no more than 1 hour from the location. * Easy transportation access. * Completed high school education. * Full and valid personal documentation. **Work Schedules** *(assigned according to operational needs)* * Monday to Friday: 12:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. * Saturdays and Sundays: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. **or** 12:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. * Midweek day off. **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of **$9,600**. * Biweekly payment via **HSBC or Santander**. * Attendance and punctuality bonus of **$925**. * Statutory benefits. * Complimentary uniform. * **50% discount** on attractions for employees. **Application:** Send your job application or CV via WhatsApp to **55 8406 9516**, specifying the position of interest.
