Key Responsibilities * Requesting and analyzing quotations * Preparing supplier comparison reports * Negotiating prices, delivery timelines, and terms * Tracking purchase orders and deliveries * Managing advances and guarantees * Controlling and forecasting cash flow * Weekly payment scheduling * Monitoring accounts payable and receivable * Monthly financial reporting per project * Document control (invoices, contracts, guarantees) * Coordination with accounting firm * Supporting internal processes and improving controls Required Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (preferably in construction or real estate development) * Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory) * Strong organizational and analytical skills * Negotiation ability * Proactivity and results orientation Key Competencies * Analytical thinking * Organization and follow-up * Effective communication * Financial control and discipline * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously We Offer * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Job stability * Growth opportunities * Active participation in decision-making Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
