Inventory Coordinator

**Job Objective** Ensure efficient control, tracking, and analysis of inventories through the implementation of counting, reconciliation, and stock optimization processes. Support continuous improvement of procedures to guarantee product availability and minimize losses or shortages. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Conduct cyclic, physical, and ad-hoc inventory counts. * Coordinate daily inventory-related activities, including goods receipt and storage. * Reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system-recorded inventory. * Monitor inventory levels and generate reports on turnover, obsolescence, and stockouts. * Analyze inventory variances and discrepancies, identifying errors or losses. * Coordinate and implement corrective actions with the operations team. * Participate in internal and external audits related to inventory. * Propose and execute improvements to inventory procedures and controls. * Support the implementation and enhancement of inventory management systems or tools (ERP). * Supervise operational inventory staff, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. **Job RequirementsAcademic Qualifications:** * Completed high school diploma, technical degree, or incomplete bachelor’s degree (preferably in logistics, administration, or related fields). **Experience:** * 2–4 years in similar roles involving inventory control or analysis. * Experience using ERP systems (preferably Odoo). **Technical Knowledge:** * Inventory control, cyclic counts, and physical inventory taking. * Analysis of turnover, obsolescence, and stockouts. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in **Excel** (pivot tables, formulas, basic macros). * Database management experience (desirable). * Knowledge of warehousing regulations and basic logistics principles. **Competencies:** * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. * Proactivity and commitment to continuous improvement. * Ability to work under pressure. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. **If you meet the requirements and are excited to join a growing project, apply with us.
