**Job Description** **Position:** Bachelor's Degree in Nursing – Medical Services Area Supervisor **Department:** Human Resources / Safety and Hygiene **Reports to:** Safety and Hygiene Leader / Human Resources Management **Location:** Apan Plant, Hidalgo **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 hrs (with flexible availability). **Day off:** Saturday and Sunday **Specific FunctionsMedical care and occupational safety** * Provide **primary medical care and first aid** in case of work-related accidents or illnesses. * Conduct **pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical exams** for employees and candidates according to company protocols. * Monitor the **general health of employees**, referring serious cases to medical institutions. * Maintain and update **employees' clinical documentation**. **Risk prevention and safety** * Daily monitoring and updating of the **Accident and Safety Pyramid**. * Conduct **safety inspections in operational and administrative areas**, identifying risks and implementing preventive actions. * Participate in accident investigations, determining root causes and corrective actions. * Knowledge and completion of **official IMSS forms**: ST\-7, ST\-2, ST\-9, as well as managing disabilities. **Administrative and regulatory management** * Prepare **requisitions for medical supplies and equipment**. * Build, organize, and supervise **medical kits in all company areas**. * Develop, update, and manage **forms, procedure manuals, policies, and medical reports**. * Comply with and support audits related to safety, health, and safety standards (**BRCGS issue 6, NOM\-STPS**). **Health programs and human resources** * Develop and coordinate **preventive health campaigns** (vaccination, nutrition, mental health, ergonomics, etc.). * Actively participate in **Human Resources events** focused on employee well-being and safety. * Deliver talks and training sessions on **first aid, safety, and self-care**. **Job ProfileEducation** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing (with **professional title and license** required). **Additional Requirements** * Valid **driver's license**. * Preferred residence in **Apan, Hidalgo**, or willingness to commute. **Experience** * Minimum **2 years of experience** in occupational medical services, safety and hygiene, or occupational health. * Experience handling **IMSS documents (ST\-7, ST\-2, ST\-9)** and tracking disabilities. * Experience in health campaigns and industrial or manufacturing environments. **Technical Skills** * First aid, medical emergencies, and primary care. * Labor regulations regarding safety and health (**NOM\-STPS, IMSS**). * Safety and food safety management systems (**BRCGS issue 6** or similar). * Preparation and management of clinical records. * Intermediate proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
