Engage broadly and deeply across the organization to quickly connect information and facilitate positive project outcomes. Partner with Business Analysts to understand their needs and use that knowledge to drive effective prioritization of scope and backlogs. Establish “ways of working” within the agile delivery team and facilitate team health checks regularly. Coordinate warranty/hypercare activities and transfer of backlogs with the operational team. Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors, including RFQs, contract negotiations, invoice payment and tracking. Demonstrate the ability to learn through curiosity and flexible thinking as new challenges arise. Facilitate sprint and project retrospectives, integrating feedback into the team’s ways of working and delivery commitments. Share feedback from stakeholders with the team, helping them to understand the positive impact of their collective contributions. Ensure candid communication about potential risks, collaborating with the delivery team to identify options and advising stakeholders of mitigation tactics. Escalate and take action to resolve major impediments to project execution. Guide the delivery team through change adoption, based on newly identified business needs and portfolio demand. **Qualifications** Bachelor’s Degree required 3\+ years of experience working with agile software delivery teams, including: Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role for custom software development. Proven track record of helping teams deliver iteratively and improve over time. Experience leading delivery using Scrum and/or Kanban, with a focus on continuous improvement of flow and team health. Advanced, **hands‑on experience with Jira**, including: Creating and managing boards, backlogs, and workflows. Building and maintaining filters and dashboards for teams and leadership. Configuring and maintaining Jira Automations to reduce manual work and enforce processes.
