Job Summary: Compusof Mexico is seeking a Technical Support professional to address and resolve hardware, software, network, and telecommunications incidents for end users. Key Highlights: 1. Being part of a growing family Compusof Mexico We are looking for your talent as a Technical Support professional in the Hermosillo area. · Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field. Intern or graduate. Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, networking, or infrastructure. · Knowledge: Help Desk: First-level user support. Software: Office, Windows, and SharePoint (advanced level). Hardware: Fault diagnosis, RAM replacement, and hard drive replacement. Infrastructure: Cabling, network protocols, routers, switches, access points (APs), and VLANs (basic level). · Responsibilities: Providing technical support and assistance to end users. Resolving printer-related incidents (software level). Providing basic-to-intermediate network and telecommunications support. Using tools such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and PowerApps.
