Position Objective / Purpose: Ensure that all operational personnel are properly trained and qualified in their assigned functions, contributing to their capability development in order to meet organizational needs. Main Responsibilities:* Provide direct support in the fulfillment of Training Plans and Programs. * Process and deliver skill certification documents to required personnel, including integration into physical records. * Update and create course and/or competency matrices. * Conduct operator certification and recertification processes. * Support timely logistics coordination for training courses. * Serve as internal instructor (across different shifts). * Participate in internal and external audits. * Update course scheduling in the TRESS system as required. * Train personnel on necessary processes: new hires, transfers, and employees in development plans. * Support sending invitations for internal and external training courses. * Achieve annual training department goals. * Maintain and support 6S activities within training areas. * Generate required reports for the training department. * Participate in implementing improvement projects within the department. * Comply with all points outlined in the Code of Conduct (Ethics) of Spellman de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. Competencies and Skills: Weighting/Level: (1\-Basic, 2\-Intermediate, 3\-Advanced, 4\-Specialized)* Graduate or student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field. * Validate academic background with minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * Basic knowledge of procedures before STPS (DC\-1, DC\-2, DC\-3, DC\-4\). * Intermediate knowledge of the TRESS system. * Experience as an internal instructor. * Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO14001\. * Basic knowledge of 5S methodology, Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen. * Practical knowledge of contour and dot soldering processes, thru-hole electronic component assembly, cable tinning, manual soldering. * Intermediate use of microscopes, magnifying lenses, soldering irons, etc. * Advanced effective communication skills. * Intermediate proficiency in Office software. * Advanced focus on goals and results.\- * Intermediate proficiency in Outlook. * Advanced time management skills.
