**Job Description** We are looking for an **IT Support Technician** responsible for providing technical assistance to users, ensuring the proper functioning of computer equipment, resolving hardware and software issues, and maintaining basic technological infrastructure. The goal of this position is to ensure a **stable, secure, and efficient operation**, delivering friendly and timely service to all employees. **Main Responsibilities** * Handle and resolve technical support tickets (on-site and remote). * Diagnose and repair computers (laptops and desktops). * Preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and software. * Install and configure Windows 10/11, Office, antivirus, and peripherals. * Set up printers, scanners, and new equipment. * Daily review of network connectivity and basic servers. * Basic configuration of modems, routers, and WiFi access points. * Support for telephone extensions. * Manage inventory of equipment and spare parts. * Liaise with external IT providers. **Requirements Education** * Technical degree, TSU, or Engineering in Computer Science / Informatics (Desirable). * **Proven experience** may be accepted in lieu of formal education. **Experience** * 1 to 2 years in Level I/II Technical Support or Help Desk. **Technical Skills** * Assembling, repairing, and diagnosing computers. * Windows 10/11, Office, antivirus, backups. * Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WiFi. * Configuration of network/USB printers. * Use of TeamViewer, AnyDesk, and ticketing systems. * Basic knowledge of VLANs (desirable). **Skills** * Excellent customer service attitude. * Clear communication and patience with users. * Ability to solve problems under pressure. * Proactive and eager to learn new technologies. **Benefits** * Monthly salary: **up to $14,500 MXN** * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Indefinite-term contract * Stable working hours * 100% on-site employment **Job Type** Full-time · On-site Contract: **Indefinite term** Job type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: Up to $14,500.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Desirable) Experience: * organizational development: 1 year (Desirable) Work Location: On-site job
