




Company dedicated to buying and selling automotive parts is looking for Store Managers **Requirements:** * Completed degree. * 35 to 55 years of age. * Minimum of 3 years of experience. * Flexible schedule availability. **Required Skills:** * Personnel management * Sales and commercial strategies * Inventory and warehouse control * Knowledge of general branch operations (cash handling, valuables, inventories, shortages, orders, and goods reception) * Warehouse management (inventory knowledge, discrepancies, cycle counts, adjustments, internal movements) * Sales and commercial strategies focused on a sales plan * Audit handling * Compliance with policies and procedures. **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise, manage, and motivate staff to achieve goals. * Control, direct, and coordinate administrative, operational, and commercial activities of the branch. * Warehouse and inventory control. * Develop and execute commercial strategies. * Manage credit customer portfolio and collections. * Carry out necessary activities to achieve sales targets. * Maintain and ensure branch profitability. * Guarantee complete customer satisfaction. * Maintain and verify that material resources are in optimal condition for operations. * Design strategies for customer retention and loss reduction.
