We are seeking: Maintenance Manager with mandatory experience in properties Requirements: Education: Degree or near completion in electromechanical, mechanical or electrical engineering, or related field 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance of properties, corporate buildings, shopping centers or similar. Main responsibilities include: * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance in corporate buildings * Supervision and preventive/corrective maintenance of equipment (air conditioning, water treatment systems, vertical transportation, emergency power plants, pumping, electrical systems, fire protection systems, mechanical systems, etc.) * Personnel management * Train and evaluate subordinates on maintenance techniques, operations, and tools * Ensure supply and purchase of spare parts for maintenance * Budget administration * Supplier coordination * Planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance * Monitoring and control of performance indicators We offer: Gross monthly salary: $25,700 MXN (less deductions) Benefits according to law Major medical insurance Life insurance Work schedule: Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am – 8:00 pm, with weekend on-call availability Work location: Prestigious property on Ave. Constituyentes, Matamoros, Tamaulipas (MUST RESIDE IN THE AREA)
