




Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise foreign trade operations, ensure customs compliance, and manage import/export documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of procedures with customs brokers 2. Management of IMMEX operations and foreign trade inventories 3. Customs and tax reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance * Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, International Trade, International Business, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in roles related to foreign trade or international logistics. * Intermediate English proficiency (ability to communicate orally and in writing on operational topics and documentation). * General knowledge of the Customs Law, general foreign trade regulations, and logistics processes. * Experience coordinating procedures with customs brokers in Mexico and/or the United States. * Knowledge of IMMEX operations and import/export processes. * Proficiency with the CUMPLE system or similar systems for customs control and compliance. * Organizational skills, information analysis, process tracking, and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain effective communication with internal departments and external suppliers. Responsibilities: * Prepare, review, and submit customs and tax reports, ensuring compliance with current foreign trade regulations. * Coordinate and track import and export operations, ensuring timely and compliant execution according to applicable regulations. * Maintain control and administration of inventory of machinery, equipment, and materials related to IMMEX operations. * Review, validate, and enter material and movement data into the Annex 24 system, ensuring proper administration of foreign trade inventories. * Collect and validate tariff classifications and required documentation for goods clearance, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. * Manage and safeguard documentation related to customs operations, maintaining up-to-date files available for audits or reviews. * Coordinate domestic and international transportation, maintaining constant communication with logistics providers and customs brokers. * Prepare and track reports on finished products, virtual inventories, and material movements. * Verify and ensure inventory control for machinery and equipment under foreign trade programs. * Support internal and external audits related to foreign trade, IMMEX compliance, and document control. ***Location: Av.
