Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate final product deliveries, managing routes, drivers, suppliers, and technology to ensure efficient deliveries, optimize costs, and resolve incidents in real time. Key Responsibilities: 1. Delivery route planning and optimization 2. Operational supervision and problem resolution 3. Management of driver teams and warehouse staff Supervise and coordinate final product deliveries from the distribution center to the customer, managing routes, drivers, suppliers, and technology to ensure fast and efficient deliveries, optimize costs, and resolve incidents in real time. * **Planning and Optimization:** Designs the most efficient routes, allocates resources (vehicles, personnel), and schedules delivery times to maximize productivity. * **Operational Supervision:** Monitors deliveries in real time, coordinates loading and unloading, and ensures compliance with procedures and safety standards. * **Problem Resolution:** Handles delays, incidents, returns, and any operational deviations to guarantee customer satisfaction. * **Personnel Management:** Supervises driver teams and warehouse staff, managing their performance and absences. The routes to be supervised are compact, pre-established, and prepared by Mercado Libre.
