Business Development Manager

**Core Molding Technologies is hiring a Business Development Manager to strengthen customer relationships, generate new opportunities, and increase revenue in key markets.** In this role, you will lead sales initiatives, manage accounts, and work cross-functionally to align business growth with the company's strategic objectives. **Responsibilities** * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key product lines * Manage existing accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for customers * Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet growth targets * Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Solutions Group, Finance, etc.) to address customer needs * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to guide commercial strategy * Prepare proposals, pricing models, and presentations for customers * Support contract negotiations and ensure alignment with business objectives * Represent the company at industry events and trade shows * Utilize CRM and reporting tools to track prospects, opportunities, and sales activities * Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field * 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management * Proven track record of successfully managing sales pipelines and achieving revenue goals * Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills * Bilingual * Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office * Ability to interpret market data and financial reports * Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) ### **Preferred** * Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors * Knowledge of pricing strategies and contract negotiations ### **Position Details** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday * **Travel:** Up to 50% (customer visits, trade shows, and industry events) * **Work Environment:** Office with occasional exposure to production floor * **Physical Requirements:** Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds (4\.5 kg) ### **Why Join Us** * Competitive compensation and benefits * Opportunities to lead high-impact growth initiatives ### **Recruiters** We do not accept unsolicited resumes from external agencies.
