**REQUIREMENTS:** * **Have completed three years in the position of Process Technician in the metal-mechanical industry.** * **Manage troubleshooting of tooling and machine issues (not process-related).** * **Fill out production, quality, and autonomous maintenance records.** * **Operate and monitor cell equipment according to established parameters.** * **Verify compliance with product quality standards (flash, porosity, dimensions).** * **Perform machine startups, shutdowns, and adjustments on injection machines, robots, and peripherals.** * **Inspect the work area and machines used during the day before the end of each shift.** * **Material handling in satellite areas.** * **Comply with safety, 5S, and environmental standards.** * **Proper documentation completion.** * **Skills and Knowledge:** * **Knowledge of Die Casting process.** * **Knowledge of peripheral control (aluminum dosing machine, lubricator, extraction robot, etc.).** * **Intermediate knowledge of: Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electronics, Electricity, Programming Logic.** * **Knowledge of preventive maintenance (checklist/TPM completion).** * **Product quality standards.** * **Proficiency in metrology tools (vernier caliper, micrometer, Go/No Go gauges).** * **Safety and hygiene regulations applicable to the cell.** Job type: Full-time Salary: $28,000.00 - $29,000.00 per month Benefits: * Sick days * Company parking * Flexible hours * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site
