Take on exciting challenges and build a career that reflects who you are.** **Job Mission:** Ensure the acquisition of municipal, state, federal, and private permits required for the development of distribution infrastructure, always complying with company policies and the regulatory framework. **Your Impact**: As a ***PERMIT MANAGER***, you will have the opportunity to directly contribute to our mission by performing the following key responsibilities: 1. Manage and obtain federal, state, and municipal permits for Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and O&M project construction, strictly adhering to the Code of Ethics and ensuring these projects develop according to Regional objectives. 2. Prepare documentation files to manage and process permits for Residential, Commercial, Industrial, O&M, and Local Administration projects, submitting them to various government and/or private entities, strictly complying with the organization's Code of Ethics and ensuring these projects develop according to Regional objectives. 3. Coordinate and maintain close, effective communication with different company departments to establish synergy among them, facilitating tasks related to permit processing, and ensuring these projects develop according to Regional objectives. 4. Prepare a biweekly progress report, verifying the status of each authority where a permit is being processed, informing stakeholders about the progress of special permit applications. Proactively communicate upcoming permit expirations to project, construction, operations, and maintenance teams. 5. Comply with corporate department procedures for proper control and approvals (Vo. Bo.'s) for permit payments, generating information and requests within established timelines and performing corresponding verifications. Maintain full transparency regarding resources allocated for tax and permit payments. **Requirements:** To join our team as a ***PERMIT MANAGER***, we are looking for: * **Education and Experience:** Bachelor’s degree or near completion in Law, Political Science, Economics and Administration, Civil Engineering and/or Architecture, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Technical Skills:** Basic knowledge of Revenue, Civil, and Commercial legislation. Finance. Document organization and management, MS Office. Knowledge of Federal, Municipal, and State regulations and standards. * **Key Competencies:** Oral communication, problem analysis, negotiation, organization, proactivity, common sense.
