Objectives Provide quality services, supporting the payroll coordinator. Develop and execute a strategic plan to provide support and continuously improve knowledge, skills, and the learning environment within a medium to high-mix multinational engineering and manufacturing organization. Responsibilities* Process and calculate weekly payroll * Calculate, withhold, and pay all payroll taxes * Submit IMSS\-IDSE reports for employee terminations, hires, and salary modifications * Calculate and prepare annual wage and salary adjustment payroll for applicable employees * Respond to all legal requirements associated with payroll taxes and withholdings * Review employee working hours verified by HR * Coordinate external payroll audits * Prepare and submit payroll reports * Participate in the preparation of the annual salary and wage budget * Reconcile payroll accumulations with monthly accounting records * Calculate and process payments for PTU, Aguinaldo, Vacations, and Savings Fund * Calculate work risk premium * Monitor and report overtime * Including all activities inherent to the position * Follow up on internal and external legal requirements of the company Competencies:* Bachelor's degree in Accounting * Minimum 2 years of related experience * Strong oral and written communication skills for handling government office procedures * Ability to organize time effectively to carry out assigned tasks * Ability to analyze and organize department documentation * Confidentiality in handling information We at Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation believe that each individual is entitled to equal employment opportunities without regard to race, color, creed, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, national origin, age, veteran status or disability.
