To return to the OmniOn Power website, click here. **Job Description** We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Quality Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of finished products, subassemblies, and kits through timely inspections and audits. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate documentation, identifying nonconformances, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality department. This position reports to the Quality Control Specialist at the Matamoros, Tamaulipas plant. **Responsibilities** As a Quality Auditor, you will: * Daily register documents submitted by users into our Central File System. * Perform timely quality inspections of finished products, subassemblies, and kits based on documentation available in Windchill and the Central File System. * Timely audit NPI (New Product Introduction) products according to current documentation. * Effectively communicate Nonconformance findings during quality inspections. * Verify corrective actions from Nonconformance reports. * Complete assigned courses in Power University punctually as directed by supervisors and according to position requirements. * Be available to rotate shifts and work overtime to support other areas. * Provide at least one EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) observation per quarter. * Participate in and implement the 5S\+1 methodology at Quality stations. * Provide ideas to improve work processes or reduce costs within the Quality department. **ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:** OmniOn Power will only hire individuals with legal authorization to work in Mexico for this opening. (desirable) * Experience working in the manufacturing of electronic products and metal parts. * Basic level of English. * Knowledge in interpreting technical drawings.
