Automation Engineer

Position Summary: We are seeking an Engineer with experience in mechatronics or mechanical engineering to develop and implement new technologies, optimize processes, and provide technical support in manufacturing environments. Integration of electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering. * 2–5 years of relevant work experience. * Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Minitab, and MS Office. * PLC programming for Siemens, Allen Bradley, Fanuc, and Mitsubishi. * Knowledge of pneumatics, mechanics, optical/inductive sensors, drives, and servo motors. * Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. * Familiarity with machining, assembly, and grinding processes. * Handling of analog signals and technical problem-solving. * Robotic arm programming. * Advanced English proficiency. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement new equipment and production technology. * Identify and execute process improvement and cost reduction projects. * Conduct risk analysis of manufacturing equipment and implement corrective actions. * Design and model tools using SolidWorks. * Integrate electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems. * Provide technical support and PLC troubleshooting. * Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance departments as assigned.
