Objetivo/ Propósito del puesto: Responsible for production administration in machining processes, as well as production and human resource planning. Principales Responsabilidades:* Review dispatch at the beginning and end of shift, identifying each order * Correctly identify the types of materials to be processed and assign priorities to operators * Read and communicate instructions specified in supporting documentation such as: set up sheets, visual aids, process charts, drawings, alerts, flow cards. * Operation and handling of conventional milling machines, conventional lathes, and secondary operations. * Interpretation of drawings. * Execution and coordination of work orders for pending machining products. * Operation and maintenance of machining equipment through MP2\. * Set up, process inspection, and self-directed inspection. * Process inspection and self-directed inspection on first pieces. * Including all activities inherent to the position Competencias y habilidades:* Technical high school diploma or regular high school diploma * Minimum of 2 years of experience in machining and tooling or similar position. * Minimum operation and knowledge of at least two of the following equipment: (Milling machine, conventional lathe and CNC, CNC Router, Grinder, Vertical Band Saw, Circular Bench Saw, Grinder, Bench Drill and tools for all machining equipment). * Experience with Glovia system * Basic pneumatics * Basic knowledge of electricity and electrical control * Knowledge of mechanical systems * Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of machinery and tools * Basic English We at Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation believe that each individual is entitled to equal employment opportunities without regard to race, color, creed, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, national origin, age, veteran status or disability.
