Coordinates shipments and documentation autonomously **Position Title** Import \& Export Analyst **Objective:** To manage and oversee import and export operations, providing administrative and operational support that ensures compliance with current customs regulations, proper document control, and efficient coordination of shipments with customs agencies and internal departments, thereby contributing to the company’s continuity and growth. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in a related field (International Trade, Logistics, International Business or similar) * Sufficient: TSU in Logistics. * Valid driver’s license **Knowledge and Skills:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in import and export processes * Solid knowledge of international trade regulations and policies * Proficiency in customs documentation (customs declarations, invoices, certificates, etc.) * Knowledge and use of VUCEM * Management and follow-up of foreign trade operations * Critical validation of documents, ensuring their correct preparation (not merely receipt) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Knowledge of Annex 22, Customs Law, and TIGIE * Review operational consistency * Ensure regulatory compliance (compliance-focused) * Maintain and control complete, up-to-date digital files * Coordinate customs clearance of goods with customs agents, exercising operational autonomy * Track domestic and international shipments * Maintain physical and digital document control * Tariff classification (Harmonized System) * Support reconciliations, report preparation, and Internal Audit requirements * High attention to detail, organizational skills, proactivity, and accountability * Flexible working hours * Ability to operate a standard vehicle. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Food vouchers * Indefinite-term employment contract * Job stability * Growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $6,472\.78 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
