The Process Technician monitors preventive maintenance of equipment and machinery to reduce corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment, under TPM direction. Key Responsibilities:* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and machinery * Provide support for preventive and corrective maintenance of process equipment (SMT equipment, automatic insertion, * wave soldering machine, selective soldering machine, and PCB cleaning machines) * Support general maintenance requests * Follow up on activities related to TPM * Create and update visual aids for process equipment * Implement engineering changes, as well as generate internal and external procedure modifications * Programming of process equipment * Provide root cause analysis and problem resolution to improve product quality Skills and Competencies:* Technical education in Electromechanics, Electronics, or electricity courses * 1 year of experience in a similar position * Knowledge of pneumatics, electricity, electrical control, and mechanical systems * Basic computer skills * Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance * Basic English * ISO 9001/2008 * ISO 14001/2004 * Personal protective equipment: * Lab coat, safety glasses, safety shoes * Required computing equipment: PC, Excel, PowerPoint We at Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation believe that each individual is entitled to equal employment opportunities without regard to race, color, creed, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, national origin, age, veteran status or disability.
