Work with a team-oriented and proactive approach **What We’re Looking For** * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree **(Active Students Only)** * Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles (internships acceptable). * Exposure to manufacturing environments is a plus. * Interest in project coordination and customer support activities. * Typing speed of 50–65 WPM. * Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. * Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken **(required).** * Team\-oriented, proactive, and detail\-focused. * Strong communication skills. * Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed. **Main Responsabilities** * Support program management activities by following up on sales order releases to ensure timely processing and alignment with customer requirements. * Assist in RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes by tracking requests, coordinating information, and supporting communication with internal teams and customers. * Perform daily tracking of packing slips and invoices to ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and on\-time delivery. * Monitor and follow up on NPRs and ECNs, supporting coordination between engineering, operations, and customer service teams. * Maintain organized records and provide status updates related to program and customer activities. * Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **What We Offer** * Weekly stipend of MXN $1,200\.00 Plant 1, Av.
