Key responsibilities: * Develop job profiles with hiring managers and define key competencies. * Post vacancies on job portals, social media, and job boards. * Conduct resume screening and initial interviews (telephone, virtual, and in-person). * Administer and interpret psychometric, technical, and competency-based assessments. * Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and track each candidate’s progress throughout the recruitment process. * Maintain control and update vacancy status. * Prepare reports on final candidates and provide hiring recommendations. * Manage compensation offers and support onboarding processes. * Maintain a talent database and implement attraction strategies. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and applicable labor regulations. Job requirements: Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * Willingness to travel to other states for recruitment and coverage activities. Experience: * 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and selection (operational, administrative, or specialized in Security). * Experience conducting initial and competency-based interviews, as well as administering psychometric tests. Knowledge: * Modern recruitment techniques (Recruitment 2.0) and active sourcing (headhunting). * Proficiency with platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, OCC, Indeed, CompuTrabajo, or similar. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
