Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Leader with experience in Frontend and SQL to oversee the execution of functions, resolve dependencies, and promote team development and well-being. Key Highlights: 1. Leads the execution and delivery of technical functions 2. Trains and advises the team on technical practices 3. Fosters an environment of trust and safe experimentation **Experience:** * Minimum 4 years in a leadership role * Experience with Frontend technologies (JavaScript), SQL stored procedures, and Edify **Activities/Responsibilities:** * Responsible for the execution and delivery of functions * Resolves internal or external technical dependencies during function design/execution * Confirms/updates target release dates * Collaborates with practice leaders to understand best practices and supports the function team in implementing them * Serves as the voice of the function team from an IT perspective * Actively supports team well-being by creating an environment of trust, openness, and safe experimentation * Trains and advises the team on correctly understanding technical practices, enabling them to identify how to maximize the value of their work * Actively coordinates with other Team Leaders (TLs) on the project to develop a cohesive execution strategy and maximize collaboration * Adheres to development and corporate processes, as well as standard practices (using Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) * Impediments * The Technical Leader must support the team in resolving technical impediments to avoid or minimize impact on team commitments. They must also ensure that technical impediments are logged in Jira. * He/she will lead discussions with internal/external teams to resolve impediments and determine whether management support is needed based on team objectives. Salary: $50,000.00 \- $70,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mexico City
