Your role will be critical in ensuring proper technological migration and data integrity in a major insurance-sector project. You will be responsible for ensuring scalability, technical quality, and adherence to industry best practices. ***To apply for this position, you must reside in Santiago de Chile.*** ⚡️**What You’ll Do Daily:** * **Development & Architecture:** Master Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative configurations. * **System Integration:** Design and execute integrations with external systems and middleware such as Apigee, Oracle Service Bus, or MuleSoft. * **Migration & Data:** Ensure the integrity of the Salesforce data model and manage Governor Limits during complex processes. * **Lifecycle (CI/CD):** Handle deployments using tools like Gearset, Copado, and Git. * **Quality:** Design and execute unit and automated tests to ensure system stability. * **Collaboration:** Act as a technical leader and mentor, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and resolving complex incidents. **⚡️If You’re Our Rockstar, You Must Have:** * Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Computing, or related fields. * **Salesforce Experience (Mandatory):** Minimum 2 years in Salesforce backend or frontend development. * **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and REST/SOAP APIs. * **Required Certification:** Salesforce Platform Developer I (Mandatory). * **Bonus:** Platform Developer II, JavaScript Developer I certifications, or experience in the insurance sector (Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
