Technical support and project follow-up until closure **Why do we need you?** TO SPECIFY MONUMENTAL PROJECTS USING VALUE-ADDED GLASS (SOLAR CONTROL AND LOW-E COATINGS) AND OTHER COMPLEMENTARY PRODUCTS (TEK BOND AND SWISSPACER) / MANAGE CALCINE RECOVERY WITH CLIENTS / PROSPECT ARCHITECTS, DEVELOPERS, CONSTRUCTION COMPANIES, INSTALLERS, AND PROCESSORS. **Is this role right for you?** **Responsibilities:** 1\.\- SPECIFY VERTICAL MONUMENTAL PROJECTS TO ACHIEVE SALES TARGETS FOR COATED GLASS. 2\.\- PROSPECT AND FOLLOW UP WITH DEVELOPERS / ARCHITECTS AND DECISION-MAKERS TO INCREASE THE PROJECT PIPELINE. 3\.\- PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO DIFFERENT TYPES OF CLIENTS TO DELIVER VALUE-ADDED SERVICE 4\.\- TRACK THE PROGRESS OF ALL PROJECT STAGES TO MAINTAIN GREATER CONTROL OVER SPECIFIED GLASS AND DRIVE IT TO SALE 5\.\- KEEP THE CRM (SALESFORCE) UPDATED WITH ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT ON PROJECTS 6\.\- CONSOLIDATE PROJECT CLOSURE 7\.\- MANAGE GLASS PRODUCTION ACCORDING TO PROJECT PURCHASE ORDERS TO SUPPLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULES 8\.\- HANDLE MARKETING MATERIAL REQUESTS 9\.\- DIRECT CLIENT REQUESTS THAT FALL OUTSIDE THIS DEPARTMENT’S DIRECT RESPONSIBILITY TO THE APPROPRIATE INTERNAL AREAS 10\.\- ORGANIZE MEETINGS OR TRAINING SESSIONS WITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF CLIENTS TO PROMOTE GLASS PRODUCTS. 11\.\- PERFORM ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSES RELATED TO GLASS INVOICING TO ENSURE CLIENT ACCOUNTS REMAIN UP TO DATE. **Ensuring nothing is overlooked** **Relevant fields of study:** Architecture and Civil Engineering **English proficiency:** Intermediate to Advanced (Conversational) **Knowledge in:** Blueprint interpretation, sustainable certifications, vertical construction sector. **Software:** CRM, Office 365 **Experience in:** 5 years in technical specification of projects and project management in CRM 1 year in sales **A bit more about us** *Saint*\-*Gobain Glass* Mexico is a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of glass for construction and industrial applications in Mexico.
