Resolve technical issues: 70% hardware and 30% software; specialized training is provided. Handle user requests and inquiries. Maintain records of reported incidents. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts plus 1-hour lunch break, plus two 15-minute breaks.
