Support in variance analysis vs. actual expenditure **General Accountant with experience in construction and industrial maintenance projects – Tlalnepantla de Baz** An electrical maintenance company seeks a General Accountant focused on project-based operational control, financial tracking, and administrative order. We seek a candidate with solid accounting foundations and exposure to construction-site or technical-service environments, interested in developing expertise in project financial control. Responsibilities: \-Support in project-based financial control (WIP) \-Cost and budget tracking per construction project \-Support in variance analysis vs. actual expenditure \-Execution of accounting and tax processes \-Coordination with operational areas (purchasing, HR, construction) Tax and Compliance: \-Support in monthly and annual tax filings \-Knowledge of tax compliance in construction-site environments (REPSE, SIROC, etc.) \-Management of obligations before IMSS and INFONAVIT Treasury: \-Control of accounts payable and accounts receivable \-Cash flow monitoring \-Control of payments for construction progress advances \-Accounting and Reporting: \-Participation in monthly closings \-Support in preparation of financial statements Administration: \-Monitoring of administrative processes \-Coordination with internal departments Requirements: \-Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (degree conferred) \-2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in projects or technical services \-Experience in construction, maintenance, or project-based service companies (mandatory) \-Knowledge of WIP (Work in Progress) \-Knowledge of REPSE, SIROC, or construction-site environments \-Proficiency in accounting systems (Aspel COI, NOI) \-Intermediate to advanced Excel skills We Offer: \-Monthly gross salary ranging from $28,000 to $35,000, depending on experience \-Statutory benefits \-On-site work modality Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $25,000.00 \- $35,000.00 per month Benefits: * Paternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Option for indefinite-term contract * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Company-provided mobile phone Work Location: On-site employment
