Knowledge of DBMS and Digital Ticketing Platforms MEXICAN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY COMPANY — WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN: IT Platform Administrator specialized in **ASPEL** Engineering / Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Computer Science, Computer Systems, or related field Experience – End-to-end Project and Resource Management, direct client interaction, direct collaboration with various IT departments (\+1 year) Knowledge – DBMS, platforms for managing and issuing digital tickets (PDF and physical formats), reporting Tools – Project administration and planning (Project / Monday / or similar), intermediate-to-advanced Excel, Agile methodologies and frameworks (SCRUM or SAFE), intermediate SQL Server Reporting and analysis of incidents or findings on platforms Management and preparation of manual reports and inventories, with constant updates Planning and execution of functional, use-case, and stress testing across all projects Receiving and reviewing ticket batches according to event distribution and quantity reconciliation Collaborating with clients to define project objectives and review various project phases Tracking ticket delivery using tools such as Ticketmaster, e\-Ticket, TM Ticketmaster INTERESTED CANDIDATES: PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV THROUGH THIS CHANNEL!
