




**Academic Background** * Administration, international trade, logistics or related field. * Desired: Training in customs regulations (Customs Law, MOA), handling customs control systems and Office package software. **Experience** * 1–2 years in logistics, traffic coordination or transportation documentation. * Desired experience in customs facilities, customs agencies or freight yards. **Knowledge** * Import and export procedures for goods at RFE. * International trade documents: customs declarations, waybills, manifests, invoices, packing lists. * Basic asset security and access control standards. * Operation of internal control and record-keeping systems (TMS, WMS, digital logs). * Document flow requirements set by SAT and customs authorities. **Skills and Competencies** * High level of organization and attention to detail. * Ability to coordinate transportation and validate documentation within tight deadlines. * Clear communication with carriers, clients, customs brokers and authorities. * Teamwork and performance under pressure. * Ethics, responsibility and confidentiality in document handling. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, review and safeguard transportation and customs documentation (customs declarations, invoices, waybills). * Record entries and exits of goods and vehicles into the system. * Coordinate with traffic staff on yard assignments, loading docks and loading/unloading schedules. * Assist in verifying documentation against received or shipped goods. * Maintain updated physical and digital records of transactions. * Prepare reports on documentation and logistics incidents. * Act as liaison between operations, security and customs agencies.
