Coordination of personnel to support machinery and manual tasks for finished products.* * *3. Tracking projects according to urgency and delivery dates.* * *4. Approval for production start on each machine, ensuring compliance with specifications according to the production order.* * *5. Optimization of processes.* * *6. Supervision of cleanliness and organization of materials in the area.* * *7. Continuous improvement of processes.* * *8. Supervise proper completion of operator reports for production control.* * *9. Resolve quality issues arising during production.* *KNOWLEDGE* * Personnel management and conflict resolution * Knowledge of finishing and binding processes (folding, linear and trim cutting, laminating, UV varnish, stapling, saddle stitching, binding, shrink wrapping) * Acceptance criteria for defects in releasing finished products * Identification of different types of substrates * Planning and coordination of production lines * Continuous improvement and clearance of production lines Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
