




Activities: · Publish job vacancies on physical and digital job boards, social media, and other channels. · Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews (by phone and in person), and administer psychometric or technical tests. · Coordinate interviews with department managers and follow up on the selection process. · Carry out field recruitment activities (job fairs, flyer distribution, partnerships, etc.) when applicable. · Manage the candidate database and keep information updated in tracking systems (Excel, etc.). · Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports on filled positions, time-to-fill metrics, etc. · Verify employment references and validate onboarding documents. · Provide support during new employee onboarding and integration.
