Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Supervisor with experience in personnel management, team leadership, field supervision, incident coordination, and customer service for a security company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership and supervision of operational security personnel. 2. Incident coordination and customer service. 3. Training and reinforcement of assigned personnel.
