Job Summary: Supervise asset security by implementing risk management, control, and fraud and money laundering prevention activities at branches. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor the control environment at branches to identify deviations. 2. Conduct investigations into fraud, incidents, and accidents. 3. Support compliance with security policies and procedures. Provident is seeking talent such as: Asset Security Supervisor. *Location: Tepeaca and surrounding areas.* * **Objective:** Implement actions focused on risk management and controls related to occupational health and safety, fraud detection, and anti-money laundering, aiming to identify deviations and prevent operational risk at branches. * **Challenges you will face:** * Monitor the control environment at branches to assess compliance with or deviations from company processes and policies. * Conduct risk coverage visits across each assigned territory to ensure the security and protection of company assets. * Lead meetings with agents and staff to deliver fraud and security awareness sessions and training at branches, supporting organizational policy and procedure compliance. * Perform cash counts for agents, staff, administration, and any other field- or branch-based positions handling cash, to verify that company asset usage and cash movement comply with established policies. * Conduct investigations related to fraud, incidents, and accidents to determine primary risks and losses recorded at the assigned branch. * Record findings identified in the field and at branches in the Loss Prevention Portal, to maintain documentation and report cases to relevant departments. * Execute occupational health and safety plan activities at the branch to comply with the company’s defined strategy. * **If you possess the following:** * Analytical skills * Problem-solving skills * Organizational and planning skills * Interviewing skills * Leadership skills * Decision-making skills * Commitment to fulfilling responsibilities on time and as agreed * Energy to build strong relationships with others through active listening, empathy generation, and determination * Local city knowledge * Hazard identification and risk assessment, incident/accident investigation and follow-up, field risk assessment * Holistic understanding of business needs * **Experience Provident:** The compensation for our teams is competitive within our industry, providing economic well-being and comprehensive security for you and your family through a broad value proposition.
