Being part of a Mexican company with national and international presence. **WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR** **Natural Wisdom** **We are a proudly Mexican company**, dedicated to the development, manufacturing, contract manufacturing, sale, and distribution of **dietary supplements**, with a presence at both **national and international levels**. **Job Objective** Coordinate and supervise warehouse operations, ensuring proper inventory control, process compliance, organization, traceability, and adherence to food/pharmaceutical sector standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff. * Receive and verify materials against documentation (invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders). * Properly store, identify, and safeguard goods. * Fulfill internal requisitions and customer orders. * Record incoming and outgoing items in the system and/or established formats. * Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and signage. * Report inventory discrepancies, damages, losses, or shortages. * Plan and supervise incoming/outgoing shipments and cyclic counts. * Control physical inventories (cyclic and rotating) and system-based inventories. * Optimize warehouse space and operational flow. * Coordinate activities with Procurement, Production, and Quality departments. * Analyze inventory turnover, losses, and root causes of deviations. * KPI Management Essential Knowledge: ERP Odoo, SAE, Oracle, ISO 9000-2018, FSSC 22000, HACCP, BPM, BPD **Requirements** * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree. * Minimum 4 **years of experience**, preferably in warehouses within the **food or pharmaceutical sector**. * Experience in inventory control and personnel coordination. * Availability for the following schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. **We Offer** * Monthly salary of **$15,000** (commensurate with experience). * Statutory benefits. * Punctuality bonus. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Job stability and professional growth. **Interested candidates may apply through this channel.** We will contact you. **Join our great Natural Wisdom family!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
