Join the team as: **Junior Programmer** Work location: **Champs-Élysées, Ciudad Juárez** Requirements: * **Education: Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems or equivalent.** * Demonstrable knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: **PHP or JavaScript** * **2 years of software development experience, including:** * Requirements gathering and analysis, focused on identifying entities and processes. * Web application coding: Proven experience in at least one of the following languages: PHP, Ruby, JavaScript. Desirable experience creating simple SQL queries with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Microsoft SQL Server databases. Object-Oriented Programming (OOP): Must have clear knowledge of OOP concepts (classes, interfaces, inheritance, polymorphism, abstraction, etc.). Desirable experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of application errors/incidents. * Desirable experience using version control systems such as: \-GIT. This is the system we use at Softworks, so experience with this specific system is highly desirable.
