Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced CNC machine operator with expertise in CAD/CAM software, ISO G/M programming, blueprint interpretation, and advanced metrology for machining parts. Key Highlights: 1. Machining parts according to specifications using CAD/CAM software 2. Proficiency in Fanuc, Siemens, and Heidenhain controls 3. Preventive maintenance of machines and teamwork * Experience with CAD/CAM software * Ability to write, interpret, and edit ISO G and M codes * Blueprint interpretation * Advanced metrology * Hands-on machine operation * Proficiency in Fanuc, Siemens, and Heidenhain controls * Machining parts according to specifications * Meeting assigned manufacturing timeframes per part as stipulated by Operations Management. * Recording machined parts on the Production Time Sheet, including identification number, date, start time, and end time of machining. * Performing preventive maintenance on the machine: checking oil levels, keeping the machine clean, etc. * Reporting machine malfunctions to the Production Supervisor for maintenance. * Collaborating with team members to maintain constant communication and work efficiently to resolve any issues that may arise. * Monitoring compliance with the 5S inspection standards in the work area.
