We are looking for a UI Designer for a project. Objective: Define an optimal digital experience for all our users (customers) through the effective application of user-centered design processes. Solid knowledge in: * Usability testing and experience mapping * Knowledge of SCRUM, LeanUX and Design Thinking methodologies * High-quality Figma design creation * High-fidelity prototyping in Figma and/or Protopie * Usability testing and testing with Maze and/or A/B testing * Proficiency in Design Thinking and/or Double Diamond. Figma or Adobe XD * Understanding of user flows, site maps, and user stories * Jira * Specialization in UI methodologies * Minimum 5 years of experience Responsibilities: * Creation of graphic concepts and high-quality Figma designs * High-fidelity prototyping in Figma and/or Protopie * PDU – Usability Testing and Testing with Maze and/or A/B testing * Understand and abstract information from the UX team to create designs and wireframes * Create high-fidelity design presentations for marketing and sales * Experience presenting and justifying designs to UX/UI teams * Solve User Interface problems * Wireframe creation * Creation of components and design systems * Documentation of changes and adjustments We offer: * On-site work (Tlalpan). * 3-month project. * Working hours from 9am \- 7pm. * 2-hour lunch break. * Statutory benefits. * **Net monthly base salary** Send your CV and portfolio.
